SETTING UP AN EMAIL ACCOUNT IN OUTLOOK 2003 |

- Open Outlook, and click on "Tools->Email Accounts"
- Check where it says "Add a new e-mail account", then click "Next".
- Check the "POP3" button and click "Next".
- Enter your name and email address.
- Enter your username in full (note: this will be your full email address).
- Enter your password and ensure the remember password box is checked.
- Ensure the "Log on using Secure Password Authentication" box is NOT checked.
- Enter mail.yourdomain.com for your incoming mail server (POP3) and your Outgoing mail server (SMTP).
- Click the "More Settings" button.
- Check the box that says "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication".
- Ensure the button is checked next to "Use same settings as my incoming mail server".
- Click OK on each window to save your changes.
