SETTING UP AN EMAIL ACCOUNT IN OUTLOOK EXPRESS |

- Open Outlook Express, and click on "Tools->Accounts".
- Click the "Mail" tab, then click the "Add" button, then "Mail".
- Enter your name and click "Next".
- Enter your email address in full (
This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
not just you and substitute your domain name for "yourdomain") and click "Next".
- Make the incoming mail server mail.yourdomain.com
- Make the outgoing mail server mail.yourdomain.com
- Enter the account name (in full again) and password and click "Next".
- Click "Finish".
- Double click the account you just created.
- Select the "Servers" tab, and at the bottom of that window, check the box called "My server requires authentication", then click the "Settings" button.
- . Click where it says "Log on using", and enter your username and password same as for your incoming mail.
- Make sure the "Remember password" box is checked, and also check "Log on using secure password authentication".
- . Click ok to close all the windows.
