HOW DO I CHECK/ALTER THE STATUS OF ORDERS? |

- Log in to the administrative section of your site (www.yoursite.com/administrator).
2. Click on Components, then Virtuemart.
3. Click on Orders, then List Orders.
4. To simply change the order status, select the appropriate status from the Status drop list, check the Notify Customer box if required, and click the Update Status button.
5. To view full details of the order, click the order number in the left column (Note: Status can also be updated in full detail view).
